This talisman allows, from a series of exercises, to capture cosmic energy, eliminate physical pain, increase the vitality of sick areas, and materialize desires.
Exercise 1 - Basic to capture energy: Grasp the talisman in your right hand, extend your arm at shoulder level with your palm open. Close your eyes and take a deep breath while holding the air, now imagine all the cosmic energy invading your body and let it in. Exhale the air and repeat this step four times until you feel the energy flowing through your body.
To eliminate pain or illness and increase vitality in diseased areas:
Start by doing the exercise 1. Place the talisman in the area to be treated, concentrate and send the cosmic energy to that area.
To materialize wishes:
Start by doing exercise 1. Relax, close your eyes and visualize what you want with intensity. Continue for a few moments to visualize your desire, concentrating and sending the cosmic creative energy to that desire.
