HOW TO USE 1: Boil 10 grams of herbs in one liter of water. When it starts to boil, strain and let it cool. When the mixture is lukewarm, place it in a container and pour half of it on the front of the body and the other half on the back (always from the neck down). Let the body dry naturally without using towels or, if this is not possible, dry it with a white towel but DO NOT rub.
HOW TO USE 2: Fill the bathtub with very hot water, add 10 grams of herbs and let it sit for about five minutes (CAUTION: check the water temperature to prevent any type of burn). Then take a bath for as long as you think is appropriate, always thinking about the goal you want to achieve. Finally, let your body dry naturally without using towels or, if this is not possible, dry it with a white towel but DO NOT rub it.
